Finance Notes is designed with your privacy in mind. The app primarily stores your financial data locally on your device. However, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account information (Name, Email, Phone Number) if you sign in using Firebase Authentication.
• Aadhaar Number (collected for identity verification and transaction purposes in compliance with Indian regulations).
• Financial records you create within the app, such as income, expense entries, interest calculations, and customer names.
• Transaction-related documents (receipts, agreements) that you upload.
• Basic device information (device type, OS version) for performance and crash reporting purposes.
• Usage analytics to help us improve the app experience.

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the core functionality of Finance Notes.
• To sync your data securely across devices when you are signed in.
• To improve, personalize, and optimize the app experience.

Your financial data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We take special care to comply with the Aadhaar Act, 2016 and related regulations. Aadhaar data is used only for identity verification purposes through registered agencies and is never shared with unauthorized parties.

Finance Notes may use the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — for authentication, database, and cloud storage.
• QuickeKYC — for third-party Aadhaar verification services.
• Google Analytics for Firebase — for anonymous usage analytics.
• Google Play Services — for app distribution and updates.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We will never share your financial data with advertisers or external parties for marketing purposes.

We may disclose information only when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blaze Run Technologies or its users.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can:

• Delete your account and all associated data directly within the app.
• Request data deletion by contacting us at blazeruntechnologies@gmail.com.
• Export your financial records before deleting your account.

Finance Notes is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of Finance Notes after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
